The room was fabulous. Plenty of room for my sister and me. Our room was on the 2nd floor, where the breakfast room is so that was super convenient. The hotel location was pretty central, but a bonus was that at night it was quiet. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, savory, sweet. My favorite was the granola with the fresh yogurt. Coffee was good as well and the tea, too. Another great thing I loved was that I didn't need to use the regular outlets to charge my phone and Apple Watch. There was a USB-C plug right in the wall. Very convenient, as I had completely forgotten that Ireland is on the same sort of power as England and I forgot my adapter at home.

We were so unbelievably grateful for the staff that let us check in at 1pm instead of 3pm as we had arrived in Dublin at 5AM after loosing so much sleep due to time change. We weren't expecting to be able to be in at 5am but when we were turned away to walk the streets by the time we came back at 1pm we were exhausted. I wish I had gotten her name but she was working during the day on November 13th. The room was big and we were upgraded to a King. It was perfect size and so comfortable for our stay. We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see so there are no complaints there.

Great locations. Close to all attractions and public transport too. Everything was walkable from there. Good shops and restaurants around. Staff was ok. They made us wait from 11 am to 3 pm for check in. Thought the official check in is at 3pm, they could have let us in a little earlier. Beds were comfortable. Room size ok. Toilets clean and good. Towels and linen were clean. Breakfast was good, ample quantity and variety. They let is check out 1 hourblater at 12 noon. Hotel seems like a 3 star business hotel.

Check in was super easy! The staff made room for all of our bags - all eleven adults with a lot of luggage - in a locked room off the lobby. After sightseeing around the city, the staff welcomed us in the late night lounge. We all had a fantastic day and evening. The hotel is centrally located, and in walking distance to almost everything. I will be using this hotel on our next trip, and highly recommend to anyone.

The location of the hotel is perfect, your have restaurants and the pedestrian area right around the corner. The staff was extremely helpful and solution oriented, we received a complimentary breakfast after a mistake with our room. The room was spacious and clean, nice comfortable bed and pillows.
